· To contact you to arrange collection of framing work that you have asked us to carry out for you.

· To contact you in the event of a query in connection with any work that you have asked us to do for you.

· To maintain a record of work that you have asked us to carry out for you.

We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to arrange collection of items that you have asked us to frame and to maintain a record of work that we have carried out for you. 

We do not share this information with anyone else. 

How we store your information 

Your information is securely stored at our premises in Wykeham. 

We keep your customer contact details until you ask us not to. We will then dispose your information by deleting your computer record.
